A couple hours later, I had painful stomach pains and extreme diarrhea that lasted a long time into the night. The food they served was undercooked and probably infested with bacteria. Must ensure the availability of both a clean up policy and adequate supplies (disposable mop, disposable latex gloves, disposable mask, and adequate sanitizer *must eliminate norovirus*) on site to properly clean up any vomit or diarrhea events that can potentially occur inside of the food establishment. Priority foundation violation #7-38-005. No citation issued.
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed the following sinks not maintained with hot water: improper temperature of hot water observed at rear prep sink (66-77f) and washroom handsink (61f). Instructed person in charge hot water at all hand washing sinks must be at least 100f. Priority violation #7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: observed facility equipment for cold holding in disrepair. Noted reach in prep cooler (located directly in front of hot-hold station) to be at improper at 51f. Uncooked cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza were removed from unit. Informed person in charge to repair or replace for proper cold holding of 41 degrees f or below. And they had entrees. That night my boyfriend gets sick with diarrhea and vomiting. It goes into Wednesday. We fly home Wednesday evening. I go to work Thursday at 6pm until 2:00 am Friday morning. My sister calls me at 6:00am and tells me Mother has fallen and was laying in vomit and diarrhea. I get out of bed and that’s when mine starts. Diarrhea and vomiting. Mother was admitted to the hospital. She is still in as of 2/28 9:12am. She had a bad case of diarrhea. No vomiting. My boyfriend as of yesterday still has diarrhea. I have had all the above and a fever. Nothing to eat. I’ve sipped a little on Pedialyte and ice chips. I went to the cvs minute clinic yesterday. They required a rapid Covid test before they would see me. I took it. It was negative. I’m going back this morning to see if the doctor can give me something to soothe my belly. And something to lessen this migraine.
