#5 combo - Nacho BellGrande and a beef taco with a Baja Blast. Got food around midnight and threw up about 4 times, as soon as I woke up today. Stomach cramps, nausea, horrible headache, diarrhea, flatulence, thirst and lethargy. Some dizziness and fatigue, no fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Fatigue, Flatulence, Headache, Dizziness, Fever
