Me (25 y.o) my son (1y.o ) wife (24y.o) ate mc Donald's mc flurry and me a strawberry banana smoothie ..I felt really ill 3 hours later at work . I felt nuaseses I threw up all over work n my son and wife the next morning  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
