Teriyaki chicken bowl white rice hours after eating nausea and urge to vomit followed by explosive diahreah. Quick update 15 hours later and im able to eat but im very tired and feel queasy also lots of diahreah. I got In n Out after school on friday and felt extremely nauseous not long after. I threw up everywhere and continued to puke out anything from water to just saliva over 20+ times for the next 2 days after.
