I got In n Out after school on friday and felt extremely nauseous not long after. I threw up everywhere and continued to puke out anything from water to just saliva over 20+ times for the next 2 days after. My stool even had mucus and ranged from solid green to looking like urine. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Headache, Mucus in Stools, Green Stool
