Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Headache
Suspected source: Teriyaki chicken panda
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: Several days

Additional information: Teriyaki chicken bowl white rice hours after eating nausea and urge to vomit followed by explosive diahreah. Quick update 15 hours later and im able to eat but im very tired and feel queasy also lots of diahreah. Im so lucky to not be vomiting i will never eat panda express again most likely | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Headache
