Breakfast Illness: Severe Diarrhea

breakfast eggs, bacon and toast , It was just myself that ate there this morning, with in 3 hours of eating my cramps and chills started, now cramps are horrible I have a fever I’m very nauseous and I have severe diarrhoea it’s like water. I cannot get off the toilet.
