Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, other: Tired and muscle cramps
Suspected source: Teen burger combo with root beer, fries, gravy and an apple turnover for supper. Went to bed feeling fine. Woke up before my alarm vomiting.
