Ordered ground beef super nachos 4/10/2022 at about 5:30 PM. Started getting nauseous about a half hour after eating. Started throwing up, had chills, body aches, fever, and diarrhea about 1.5 hours after eating.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Body Ache
