Taco Meal Causes Illness

I had the street tacos and fries, a friend had the same thing. We both after eating felt sick but just assumed it was nothing but later into the night had the same feelings in our stomachs and headaches. We had the exact same thing. And after waking up I feel worse.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Stomach Pain
