Shrimp Lo Mein Illness

Around 8pm I ate the lo mein with shrimp. It tasted really good but the shrimp was a little off. The next morning around 5:30am I woke up to vomit. I could see the carrots from the lo mein & something black with little legs floating around.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
