Sourdough Sparks Severe Symptoms

Purchased San Luis Sourdough Bread, 8 Oz on Amazon Fresh. Within an hour fatigue, fever, chills, shocking felling, chills, rushing heart beat, heavy breathing. It’s been 4 hours and the feeling is starting to wear off but is still present.
