Pepperoni Pizza purchased 4/6 at ~1240pm pick up. All three who consumed pizza have food poisoning symptoms. This is the only meal in common. All three live separately but fell ill within hours of consuming.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
