Porkloin Causes Illness

My wife and I both had his signature dish Porkloin wrapped in a pork shoulder.
We were up most of the night vomiting and had bad cases of diarrhea.
How can we find out if anyone else was sicken on 09/09/2018.
Thank you for your help in this matter.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
