While eating wahlburger i got this painful feeling in my stomach like i could eat no more and my stomach was being pushed out but it hurt to much to push my stomach i had to walk with an limp holding my stomach the whole way back to the room and lay on my stomach to feel better  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
