Food Safety Reports: Applebee’s Grill + Bar, 4th Street Southwest, Mason City, IA, USA

I ate the shrimp stir fry around 7:30 pm on 03/06/18. I awoke at 1:30 am approximately 6 hours later with chills, fever, and vomiting. I vomited twice after this and it was everything I ate at Applebees. It is currently 9:15 am on 03/07/18 and i have chills, lack of strength and muscle aches.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Muscle Pain
