Had oriental chicken salad on Saturday for dinner at Applebee's. Ate around 6pm and by 11pm I had diarrhea, vomiting, cramping and slight fever. Next day had same symptoms but more extreme and add in of severe stomach pains. Don't know if the pains are food poinsoning…
