Oriental Salad Illness Symptoms - Applebee's, Ludington Michigan

Had oriental chicken salad on Saturday for dinner at Applebee's. Ate around 6pm and by 11pm I had diarrhea, vomiting, cramping and slight fever. Next day had same symptoms but more extreme and add in of severe stomach pains. Don't know if the pains are food poinsoning or if the food was more bad than just regular food poinsoning. Sick all day Monday and still feeling pretty sick. Might be a doctor visit Tuesday to find out what was wrong with the oriental chicken salad that I ate and what I got sick from. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Diarrhea
