I ordered an Oriental Chicken Salad & only took 5 -6 bites, it didnt taste right. Within an hour I had diarrhea, then got sit & now severe pain in right side of stomach.

I ate there last night and was vomiting, stomach cramps, and then the chills, My husband and I. I called the restaurant and the nurse help line
