I ordered an Oriental Chicken Salad & only took 5 -6 bites, it didnt taste right. Within an hour I had diarrhea, then got sit & now severe pain in right side of stomach. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea
