Went and got Arby's yesterday, immediately had a burning sensation in my stomach and have been achy, cold, had a fever and had an upset stomach and diarrhea ever since

Could have been a virus, but I had a beef&cheddar sandwich and curly fries, I was the only one who ate and only one in family to get sick. Symptoms started in about 6 hours
