Job Loss After Food Poisoning

Went to late dinner with fiance, was supposed to have a job interview next morning with Arby's but never happened ended up at urgent care with food poisoning and the manager refuses me a job now because of this. I have documents and medication for proof as well bank statement.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
