I had a turkey sandwich Sunday and have been very sick since Monday night. Extreme gas, diarrhea, vomiting, and fever. Given it's the only place I've been in a week and the only thing I ate Sunday, this is only thing I can attribute it to.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Gas
