I had a market fresh turkey and swiss sandwich and about 3 hours later I got violently ill. Vomiting, diarrhea, and fever. It has been about 36 hours since and I can finally keep water down but the diarrhea is still present  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
