Had chicken tacos with mango salsa and rice and beans. 5-6 hours later had horrible stomach cramps followed by vomiting and diarrhea. My family and I had the same meal, only difference was I ate the mango salsa. I was the only one that got sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
