Had a team lunch there, next morning awful diarrhea, high fever (103.5 at one point), next day vomiting all day, can’t keep food down. Learned that another co worker experienced the same, we both got the halibut tacos.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
