I ate a caramel turtle truffle milkshake around 5 pm. At 11 pm I woke up with terrible gas and nausea, and then diarrhea. It's currently 5 in the morning and my symptoms still have not subsided.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas
