On two separate occasions within one week I had a bowl of cereal in the next day, explosive diarrhea the entire day the first time I thought it was a fluke, but the second time I put two and two together and realized it was the cereal had really bad cramps and horrible diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
