Cheeseburger and onion rings, I ate around 1pm and began to feel very fatigued and chilled by 4:45pm my symptoms rapidly worsened into full body chills and geberalized abdominal pain with worse pain in the mid upper abdomen until I vomited at least 1000 mLs at 7:30pm  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Nausea, Chills, Stomach Pain
