Chili Causes Severe Illness

The chili gave me diarrhea, vomiting and nausea all night.. still recovering.
I had stomach ache at other store before but never think about it but this will be my last time. Horrible near death experience !  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
