Buffalo Sub Causes Illness

Got a buffalo chicken sub with lettuce tomatoes and onions. About 6 hours later felt funny and got chills and some stomach issues. After an additional hour I got some serious diarrhea and then shorty after vomited the contents of the sub.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
