Got a whopper combo with a chocolate milkshake on 4/21/2021 at approximately 2pm. Diarrhea and nausea started at about 7pm that night. Diarrhea has lasted almost 48 hours. And a loss of appetite.

i had one a month ago and stomach was not good. I didnt equate the 2..but after yesterdaay eating one and a long nightof puking and horrible runs and nausea I know what caused it
