Whooper menu with fries and sparkling water + King Fish hamburger. Severe stomach pains.
Vomiting throughout the night. Extreme fatigue and fever. Still very tired and feverish 24 hours later.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fatigue, Fever
