Burger Meal Causes Illness

Ate two doubles with just pickles and fries and Mello yellow drink. Around 2 hours after eating I started feeling sick bloating and diarrhea then vomiting. Now it's constant diarrhea and chills.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Bloating, Chills
