This afternoon I bought a hamburger with double meat, potatoes and soda, I hadn't eaten anything else besides my common breakfast and since I ate it started to feel sick at night I have a nice pain in my stomach, diarrhea, nausea, etc.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas, Stomach Pain
