Ate cheeseburger and fries last night woke up with severe stomach pain followed by profusely sweating diarrhea and vomiting .. also felt like I was gonna fall over or pass out  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Sweating
