The MeatBalls. I suspect that they were left out too long on a very hot summer day., I'm new to working in this area. It was kind of a Joke with my fellow employees that the New Girl got sick. It was a sick joke that no one warned me.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea

Meatball Pizza Illness

I have eaten something here many times.
Once in a while I have experienced Diarrhea. Who hasn't?

But to be Honest
The last slice of Meatball Pizza Totally finished me off.

The vomiting lasted for about a hour, followed by 3 hours of Dry Heaves.

Meatball Meal Causes Diarrhea

My huusband & I had the meatball Dinner & Chicken roll.

After the first bite my husband did like it, But I ate it anyway.

about 30 minutes later I got with any warning the next hour of uncontrollable liquid Diarrhea.
I just would stop.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
