Steak Burrito Migraine Reaction

i had the steak and egg burrito at 6:30am, 5 hrs later i had visual disturbances (bright flashes) along with migraine. one more hour after that, vomiting and headaches worsened. only food i had that day up until symptoms.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Migraine
