Severe Illness After Fast Food

At Carls Jr at around 10:00pm and at 4:32am woke up and ran to the bathroom. I puked for 4 hours and had diarrhea the whole time. Diarrhea is still happening and it's 6:30pm.

Continuation - May 27, 2018  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Got the 5 dollar box with the double cheeseburger and chicken sandwich with fries and a cookie. I ate the fries cookie and chicken sandwich. Within 1 hour I started puking and p**ing non stop.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
