Fiance and I had Caesar salads, fettuccine alfredo (chicken, mushroom, peas), and the new dish Rigatoni al forno. By the time the meal was over and I was in the car I became severely nauseous. Things only progressed from there for myself and my fiance.

Meatballs Cause Severe Symptoms

Dinner at about 8:30pm 5/24/18: green salad with house dressing and “small plate” meatballs. Symptoms started at about 9:00 the next morning.
