Grains Bowl Causes Illness

My fiance kept saying his stomach hurt about an hour after he ate! It’s been a few hours and he has been sick non stop! We ordered on his phone and I got something totally different than he did but I am pretty sure he got a grains bowl with Harrissa Honey Chicken and some veggies  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
