Suspected source: Waffles that thawed a little in my freezer , or ChickFla, I had nuggets fries and Powerade with their sauce

Chicken Sandwich Illness

After I ate the chicken sandwich about noon, I felt bloated & nauseous untill 5am, I had diarrhea the whole time then when I threw up, lettuce was the only thing that came out I felt a lot better afterwards, but my body feels sore and shaky.

Salad Leads to Illness

I ate a Cobb Salad for the 2nd time because I was sick a few weeks ago with the same symptoms, did not think it was the lettuce, but it was, will not eat there again. Cramps, diarrhea. I was in bed for days, my brother also ate a SW salad and complained of stomach pain.
