Had chick filet for dinner. Was vomiting for a long time. Still have horrible diarrhea and a fever. Also have chills and dizzines. Have not been able to eat good food and barely got out of bed  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
