I ate a chick-fil-a Cobb salad with ranch herb dressing and started getting horrible cramps, diarrhea, nausea, headaches, and chills after it had been 6 hours. I did not eat anything else out of my normal diet that day. The symptoms have been going on for the last 16 hours.
