My son and I had it for dinner last night (April 6). I got the Southwest spicy salad and he got a grilled chicken sandwich, and we both woke up with stomach pains and diarrhea.

Grilled Salad Illness Strikes

Ate my grilled chicken salad between 7-10 just bites here and there. Woke up at 2:30am with diarrhea and vomiting and again at 4:30am. As of 9:30am I am still bed ridden with nausea diarrhea and exhaustion.
