Grilled Nuggets Trigger Illness

I ate grilled nuggets and a super salad, I was the only one who ate it. 2 hours after eating, it was sudden and painful and lasted about 12 hours. I became violently sick. Diarrhea, stomach cramps, sweating, chills.
