Chik fil a milkshake, Had a few sips of milkshake then went to bed. Woke up with vomiting and extreme stomach pain. Could barely hold food down. Next day and I'm still in the same position. Do not drink from the milkshake machine

I ate spicy deluxe last night and it got me terribly sick. I had not had any other meal beside the chick-fila sandwich so I am for certain it was what caused it.
