Kale crunch salad and grilled chicken. Later in the day had severe cramping in stomach and nausea. After laying down in bed for a few hours had diarrhea and vomiting.

Chick Meal: Nausea & Vomiting

Ate a chicken deluxe meal around 2pm symptoms of light headless and nausea came shortly after not even an hour later, about 2 hours after I had diarrhea & 2 hours after that I vomited up nothing but chicken and lettuce for 8 minutes straight
