I ordered a 12 count chicken nugget meal with a doctor pepper and a chocolate shake on Friday, March 10th at around 11:45 AM. I started feeling extremely sick at around 1:45 PM that same day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
