Fly Found, Spicy Chicken Illness

Me and my sister both had spicy chicken sandwiches at this location today for lunch and are now both having horrible stomach pain and cramping and terrible diarrhea. I know we shouldn’t have eaten here again... I literally found a fly in my food here before.
